Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is a unique acute care, inpatient specialty hospital with 110 licensed beds, including Med Surg. and Residential Treatment Center; staffed by the finest physicians and treatment teams. We treat patients, ages 2-22 who have chronic illnesses, brain injuries and neurobehavioral disorders with co-behavioral issues.

Qualifications
Essential Job Duties:
* Completes documentation and implementation of treatment plans ensuring involvement and understanding by the patient by using correct terminology, daily logs, progress reports and submits appropriate written and verbal reports by required deadlines.
* Designs and revises (with input from appropriate staff) specific behavioral programming for individual clients according to presenting needs.
* Organizes and administrates procedures to collect, evaluate and disseminate data relative to unit and individualized programming needs.
* Demonstrates patient centered treeatment through the interdisciplinary team.
Job Requirements:
* Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)/other related field and must be BCBA Certified (or have ability to sit for certification currently)
* Experience working with children and adolescents who experience behavior dysfunction secondary to brain injury, autism, and other developmental disabilities, chronic medical disorders and other sever and chronic impairments, and thier caregivers.
* Current Virginia driver's licensure with a good driving record
* Must be able to sustain physical activity throughout the scheduled shift
* Able to remain on feet throughout the scheduled shift
* Ability to perform CPI, CPR and First Aid
