Who we are looking for
Security Software and Product Integration Engineer responsible for the design, engineering and implementation of GDPR and DLP scanning policies using the Varonis product.
Candidate will drive the implementation of Varonis scanning deployment and process improvements. Candidate will also participate in defining and implementing new product features. The individual in this role will oversee the development of standard processes to identify and remediate issues collected during Varonis scanning. They will also participate in maturing the operations model for long term support of the environment.
What you will be responsible for
Implementing and maintaining Varonis collectors according to corporate specifications
Developing and maintaining ad-hoc and automated data reporting as needed from databases and vendor systems using vendor tooling or custom automation as appropriate
Creating and maintaining documentation for technical and administrative functions
Providing guidance for scoping complex, cross-organizational projects as needed

Proficiency with a scripting language such as Python or Powershell
Proficiency in database configuration and SQL
Proficiency with the windows operating system
Proficiency with the unix operating system
Ability to organize and rationalize complex data sets
Strong knowledge of security, systems, and networking technologies
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
5+ years of experience in infrastructure (security/systems/network) engineering and/or development
5+ years in technology and/or project management leadership positions
Experience developing executive-level reporting and communications
Experience establishing and defining the scope of new functions and Standard Operating Procedures
Experience working in large complex environments (financial services a plus)
Experience in DLP and GDPR practices
Experience with the Varonis product
