ROLE DESCRIPTION:

For the successful delivery of SAP implementation projects, the following consulting key areas are expected to be covered by the applicant:

End-to-End implementation of SAP FSI insurance solutions, with specific experience with SAP Collections & Disbursements (FS-CD) and SAP Claims (FS-CM).
Requirements gathering and management
Design of functional and technical concepts in the area of core insurance business processes across all lines of business
Data Modelling
Data Integration
Business Process Design
Training and knowledge transfer
Aptitude for pre-Sales support to effectively position the SAP FSI capabilities at the customer

EXPERIENCE AND ROLE REQUIREMENT:

Implementation and Product Experience
At least five years of professional experience in a highly reputed consulting company or in an insurance institution where you were directly involved in the implementation of SAP solutions. Preference for those with experience in both.
3-5 years of SAP software implementation experience as well as a deep and growing solution background.
Deep implementation experience with FS-CD or FS-CM is a must.
Deep and growing functional knowledge in the insurance industry. Knowledge about the requirements in IFRS17 and LDTI preferred.
Preference given to candidates with strong backup skills in other SAP FSI solutions such as S/4HANA for Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) or SAP Policy Management (SAP-PM).
SAP non-industry-specific solution skills such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Finance, FICA, Public Sector CD, BRIM (Convergent Invoicing or Sales Order Mgmt), Product Quotation Mgmt(PQM), or experience working directly with digital payments or cloud-based solutions will be preferred

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems
University degree in information technology, business informatics or equivalent
Very strong conceptual skills as well as a distinct willingness to learn.
High level of customer orientation and service-based attitude.
Strong communication skills and growing presentation confidence
Fluency in English, written and oral
Unlimited North American mobility, with a willingness to travel internationally occasionally
