THE OPPORTUNITY

Data Management Consultant will be a member of our Solution Delivery Center (SDC) organization. The SAP Solution Delivery Centre (SDC) is responsible for driving customer success as ONE SAP by maximizing the adoption of SAP products across industries with accelerated time-to-value', leveraging global scale and expertise through integrated right shore delivery, focusing on remote, factory services and outcome-based solutions that utilize robust processes and practices. Our team drives value and continuous improvement for our customers using operationally sound processes and basic quality system fundamentals. Providing our consultants training, certification, and skill expansion opportunities are key priorities our organizations success and long-term employee career growth within the SDC.

We are looking Data Management Consultants with good hands on experience in one or more of the Data Management Solutions like SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)/ Cloud Data Integrations & Replications (CPI) / S/4HANA Data Migrations ( DS, Syniti, Migration Cockpit). With Data Management being one of pillars of SAPs Business Technology Platform, the role offers challenging and career enriching opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies and be a part of customers digital transformation journey.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As the Data Management Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Take a lead position in the projects and perform technical activities
* Leading development and realization of strategic and tactical data initiatives like migration, data quality, data governance and integration as well as data warehouse design, modeling and implementation for our customers
* Act as a trusted adviser to the customer on technical topics
* Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations
* Support pre-sales activities
* Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures
* Work closely together with others and share expertise to ensure product success
* Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering Skills
* Drive initiatives & topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency

* Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the Benefit of the team

WORK EXPERIENCE

* 6-10 years of implementation and development experience in one or more of the SAP Data Management solutions - SAP S/4HANA Data Migration, SAP MDG, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI-DS), SAP Data Intelligence Integration & Orchestration
* Strong Programming Skills - ABAP / JAVA / PYTHON
* Bachelors or Masters degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree
* Experience of working in large landscapes/environments/customers
* Must be able to work as a team player yet can work independently
* Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
* Good Technical and Analytical skills.
* Proactive, flexible, result-driven, with a can do attitude
* Excellent communication & coaching skills.
* Must be open to travel
