The Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) Property and Customer Asset Management (CAM) organization is looking for a self-guided, self-motivated Project Team Manager. The position is located at the Nashua, NH facility. The Project Team Manager will report directly to the CAM Logistics and Property Product Line Manager and will be responsible for strategic program support, property management and project management to include special projects, supervision of program efforts to support teams and programs to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. This team member will also work closely with CAM organizational administration to help develop and deploy functional strategies to cultivate process efficiency and accuracy throughout the Logistics process while addressing continuous improvement. These strategies must be compliant to Government regulations and in accordance with CAM and Raytheon policies and procedures. This position may provide backup support in the absence of the Nashua Operations manager. This position requires interface and supervision of property and projects across various sites. The position requires close interface and coordination with CAM organizational administration, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance is required and is a key element to the success of the scope of the role. This role requires the functional deployment of logistics processes and strategies, metrics and the overall overseeing of Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) support. This position is required to be on site initially, and may evolve into a hybrid position.

Experience and effective implementation in writing, supporting, reviewing and approving Proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOE); Must become BOE developer/approver certified within first 6 months in this role
Responsible for developing strategies to address continuous improvement
Knowledge of government contracts and FAR rules and regulations; property experience
Excellent computer skills are required in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft suite of programs
Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Travel may be required

Prior Property Management experience in a government contractor environment a plus
Broad knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management
Knowledge of SAP/PRISM software system
