CTS Product Support Engineering is currently seeking a Control Account Manager to join our team. The Control Account Manager (CAM) will participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost/schedule control system.
The candidate will be responsible for end to end analysis and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical follow through supporting the Finance, Program and Technical Leads of the assigned program. The Control Account Manager is a valued program partner, dedicated to providing experienced professional EVMS implementation and program continuity by proactively transforming data into knowledge and utilizing that knowledge to achieve program results. The Control Account Manager uses the Earned Value Management System as a way of controlling the performance and profitability within the organization.
Responsible for preparing detailed scope of work, schedules for the work and cost estimates
Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures
Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Responsibilities will also include:
Analysis and development of programmatic financial reporting requirements including performance measurement
Variance Analysis
Estimates To Complete (ETC)
Weekly and monthly monitoring of actual costs incurred against budgeted projects
Preparation of Management Review Packages
Involvement with special projects and initiates process improvement activities
Interface with external customers to provide Integrated Baseline Review, Joint Surveillance Review, and EVMS surveillance expertise support as required
Represents organization as a prime contact on projects
Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Support to Program Engineer in the collection, documentation and submittal to the organization of historical program data.

6+ years with related Bachelors degree or 10+ years of experience with related Associates Degree
