Part of Raytheons Space and Airborne Systems business, S3 provides capabilities that enable critical tasks---from target identification, aircraft navigation, and target engagement. With our systems, warfighters know where they are going and what they are going to do when they get there.
The F-15 product line within S3 provides development, production and sustainment for the Japan radar products on the F-15 platform. Working closely with the Japan Air Self Defense Forces and multiple in country business partners and manufactures, the Japan F-15 program is a unique, high profile product area for the Raytheon Company.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in related or applicable fields
Must be capable of developing a team and providing direction to non-direct reports. The ability to motivate those who are not direct reports is a must-have skill for this role.
Ability to attain Secret security clearance
Must be able to use resources to come up with solutions for difficult problems that may arise.
Must be able to lead a team and be able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
Demonstrated development and application of integrated master plan and schedule, Risk and Opportunity management and Earned Value management
Thorough knowledge or ability to quickly master applicable Export/Import regulations are required
Must obtain Program Management Certification, in accordance with RP-248
U.S. Citizenship status is required

Person may be required to travel internationally (0-3 times annually) as well as domestically (2-10) to meet with customers and business partners. Travel is currently on hold due to Covid Pandemic but will likely return when travel is deemed safe.

Strong presentation skills to internal Raytheon and external customer sets.
Ability to develop strategies and gain advocacy across multiple parties for complex issues.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance within one year of employment.
