Job Description:
The US Lower Tier Air Missile Defense Production Spares Program Management Office (PMO) within the LW&AD business area has an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join our team as a Senior Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The US Spares group provides critical spare parts for the Patriot product line both domestically and internationally. Spares procurement has experienced double digit bottom line growth the past three years and is expected to generate well over $70M sales per year for the foreseeable future. Portfolio consists of approximately 150 active contracts at any given time.
Although the role is for PMO Finance, the successful candidate will also have exposure to Operations Finance responsibilities (through collaboration and performance) in all phases of program lifecycles including Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation. A motivated individual who wishes to gain experience in all Raytheon Finance functions would be a fantastic fit for this role.
This position can be remote at the discretion of the hiring manager.
Key Contributions Include:
- Contract setup activities (PMO and Operations)
- Budget/Baseline targeting and preparation
- Estimates at Completion preparation
- Performance measurement against established budgets including variance analysis
- Establish, maintain, and document findings in a clear and auditable fashion
- Production closeout tasks such as generating inventory reports
- Ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting
Required Skills:
* 4+ years of relevant work experience
* Operations experience with Estimates at Completion
* Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Excel
* Experience with key finance tools including PRISM, Business Warehouse and APEX
Desired Skills:
* Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized
* Demonstrated advanced level experience with tools such as: SAP, Operations/Material dashboard, Microsoft Excel, EDIT+
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
