Job Description:
The Warfighter Support Center (WSC) serves as the central hub for logistics, warehousing and depot level repair support requirements across its worldwide footprint, as well as other programs. The WSC performs logistics, warehousing and repair task for government equipment, managed using a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suit. The successful candidate will be tasked with planning and managing all operational, logistics, maintenance management, supply chain and engineering support, pertaining to WSC facility activities. Included in these job tasks are the daily management of maintenance and logistics activities for all supported Programs.
Raytheon Technologies is seeking Maintenance Manager who will provide maintenance and support operations for XCTC program. The eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) is the Army National Guard (ARNG) capstone training event for Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) to attain T-Level 3 (T3) training readiness. Accordingly, the XCTC program affords commanders the opportunity to assess Mission Essential Task (MET) proficiency in force-on-force and live fire training environments. The XCTC mission is twofold: first, develop adaptive leaders; and secondly, enable platoons to achieve trained proficiency in core functions or designed capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Oversees all maintenance activities and system requirements for all XCTC equipment
* Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action
* The Maintenance Manager will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems that are associated with the system and work with network administrators, and senior-level technologists to resolve all issues
* This individual will delegate tasks to subordinates from preventative maintenance to repair
* Provides supervision to maintenance teams and technical guidance, as required
* Develop maintenance procedures and ensures implementations
* Conducts inspections to identify and resolve issues, checks work orders to ensure correctness, plans and oversees all repairs and installation activities
* Responsible for analyzing equipment failures and troubleshooting electronic equipment with maintenance data collection and tracking for mean time between failures. (Preventative, Corrective, Depot-level Repairs)
* Ensures efficient cross-trained/cross utilized personnel perform multiple XCTC support functions
* Work closely with property management team workforce
* Set up forward repair facilities to perform both field and sustainment level maintenance operations at the training location
Required Skills:
* Experience of Maintenance and Operations associated with XCTC platform
* 8 years experience as a technician or other related field
* Experience with networking protocols, administration and support
* Strong working knowledge in use of basic and complex test equipment to include, high frequency pulse generators, synthesizers, distortion analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, specialized VSWR test equipment, Time Domain Reflectometers (TDRs), voltmeters, meggers, etc
* Familiarity with interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence in selecting tools, testing instruments and is viewed for compliance with accepted practices
* Well versed in computer architectures and data protocols in order to facilitate networking/interfacing with other test equipment
* Experience working with teams cross functionally at all levels, customers and technicians
* Ability to work in fast pace demanding environment
Required Physical Abilities:
* Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
* Must be able to work non-standard workweeks, any shift weekends, holidays and overtime
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; Eight (8) years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree completion. May substitute experience for education.
