We are seeking technical manager to manage the Eagle Supply repair engineering discipline across the 5th generation engine programs at our aftermarket site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the component repair management organization for Pratt Whitney Military Engines, and currently supports the F119, F135, and F100 engine lines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage Eagle Supply component repair implementation for 5th generation engines
* Leading a team that collaborates directly with internal Pratt and Whitney Global Support Engineering, Component Integrated Product Teams and Logistics.
* Develop, train, maintain, and enforce standard work for the areas under your responsibility
* Manage a team that provides Supplier Technical Support; Technical Data Interpretation, Service Master Development, Repair Source Qualification, First Article Validation, Process Control, Problem Resolution according to Eagle Supply Organization performance objectives.
* Ensure that there is consistent daily on site engineering support for internal Eagle Supply customer base to resolve program technical support challenges.
* Lead technical communications, customer briefings, presentations as required to support customer requirements. Support engine hardware inspection and repair development reviews in conjunction with GSE, CIPT, LIPTs.
* Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, policies, procedures and best practices.
Education / Certifications
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technical or related field with 4-7+ years experience or MA/MS degree, Technical/Business with 2-5+ years experience
Experience/Qualifications
* Experience leading and participating in teams to achieve successful results.
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technical or related field with 4-7+ years experience or MA/MS degree, Technical/Business with 2-5+ years experience
* 4+ years of experience in Aftermarket Manufacturing, Components or Process Repair Engineering
* US Citizen due to Federal contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
* Self-starter with broad engine hardware knowledge and component repair experience
* A proven track record of strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues
* Interpersonal skills must be congruent with cross functional teaming
* Strong proven project management and repair engineering skills in an MRO operating environment
