PBNAs Division Teams are responsible for developing and driving a nationally great, locally even better brand strategy for each of PepsiCos key beverage trademarks. The work includes building the strategic vision, setting the agenda and ensuring world-class execution to deliver results. The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for the execution, and analysis of learning plans related to PBNAs Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver proactive, periodic teardowns on brand performance, leveraging scorecards & tools to diagnose the drivers of local portfolio, brand & innovation performance, including key outcomes, physical & mental availability levers

* Build human empathy within the division, leveraging toolkits and datasets to deliver brand support for growth categories (Sports Drinks, Tea, Coffee, Juice)

* Execute ad-hoc market geography insights support (e.g. geography performance by brand) to help fuel more effective divisional marketing & activation

* Lead the post measurement analysis of local brand marketing activities to evaluate the impact on sales/brand equity and inform future work, leveraging standardized tools/approaches

* Assist to identify the underlying insights that fuel the comms briefing process as well as pre-testing & validating the campaign using standardized approaches/tools

Qualifications/Requirements

* +2 years of progressive experience in category analysis required; preferably in CPG; market research experience a plus

* B.A. in marketing, market research, business or other insights-related field required; MBA preferred

* Must be proficient using syndicated analytics tools (e.g. IRI, Nielsen scanner data)

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

* Experience using syndicated national survey tools (e.g. Simmons) a plus

* Knowledge of Tableau and/or Social Listening analysis a plus

* Strong ability to problem-solve and seek alternative solutions to job tasks; generate fresh ideas

* Ability to transition from Insight-based findings to practical action-based recommendations

* Ability to work collaboratively with individuals across all levels/functions within the divisional marketing team

* Outstanding results orientation in a complex, matrixed environment

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Proven ability to prioritize workload and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment
