Description
This position will be part of a small, talented team that will help provide direct support to the successful accomplishment of program administrative tasks. Seeking a candidate with exceptional verbal communication and people skills to provide support to multiple NG programs with ever-changing customer/business needs. Candidate will work closely with program personnel, management, finance, Global Mobility and travel accounting to ensure administrative tasks are completed timely and in accordance with the statement of work. Candidate will help coordinate all travel and reimbursements for personnel at various locations as well as provide guidance on Northrop Grumman policies. Candidate will also perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Candidate will also gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources in addition to compiling, reviewing and analyzing data. Candidate will use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Candidate may also design processes to enhance work flow. Candidate also provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; managing emails and calendars; meeting
* Manages the TASS coordination day to day travel bookings and expense reports in keeping with Northrop Grumman policies
* Reviews draft and finished documents; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
* Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor 39;s assignment
* Coordinate moves and facilities needs for team
* Coordinate accommodations, computer, and supplies for new hires and existing team members
* Request LOA rsquo;s through the SPOT system as required
* Coordinate TASS applications as required
Qualification
Qualifications: Bachelor degree with 2 years relevant experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Work well in a team environment. Have strong written and verbal communication as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office program including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Self-starter who is motivated, organized, adapts to changes easily, detail oriented and can work in a fast pace work environment with minimum supervision.
Active secret security clearance required.
