Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking a Talent Management amp; Development Consultant to lead efforts to build leaders and capabilities to fuel the sector rsquo;s strategy and growth. This position will be based in Dulles, VA, Linthicum, MD, Chandler, AZ, or Redondo Beach, CA. This role is not a full-time telecommuting role and does require the hired person to be onsite at one of the locations listed. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Management amp; Development on the Space Systems Organization Effectiveness (OE) team.

Scope and Responsibilities:

The Talent Management amp; Development Consultant will partner with OE and HR leadership to develop leaders ready now and in the future to deliver on NGC rsquo;s business strategies. The successful candidate will apply their broad talent management and development experience to address the evolving needs of the business, playing the role of consultant, facilitator, developer, and project manager as priorities shift.
bull; Partner with OE leadership to develop the talent management and development strategy to support sector business objectives.
bull; Use data to provide insight into sector talent management and development needs and opportunities for improvement.
bull; Design and deliver innovative leadership development solutions based on sector needs analysis.
bull; Partner with sector HR team to identify high-potential talent, accelerate their development, and address gaps in the talent pipeline.
bull; Lead sector talent management and development processes in alignment with the enterprise strategy and approach.
bull; Consult with HR Business Partners as a Subject Matter Expert on talent management and development goals, applying NG philosophy, content and tools
Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
bull; Bachelor rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Org Development, Business or related field of study and at least 10 years of years of experience in talent development, talent management, succession management, leadership development or similar function; or a master rsquo;s degree and at least 8 years of experience in talent development, talent management, succession management, leadership development or similar function
bull; Experience managing a talent management or leadership development program
bull; Experience collaborating across boundaries and with senior leaders to assess talent needs and design solutions
bull; Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of leadership
bull; Experience developing and delivering manager and/or leadership training
bull; Occasional travel required (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications:
bull; Master rsquo;s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
bull; Prior experience as an HRBP or other CoE(s) strongly desired
bull; Prior experience in consulting a plus
bull; Experience working with highly skilled technical talent a plus
bull; Experience leading change initiatives with an orientation to HR processes
