The work:

* Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies companies can use to recruit and develop employees
* Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need
* Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation
* Conduct workforce planning using analysis that takes into account disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

* Bachelor's degree
* 2 years of client facing Human Capital experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Workforce Transformation Workforce Planning, Org Design
* HRaaS Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
* Human Capital Analytics
* NextGen Change Dynamic Learning, Agile Org

Bonus points if you have:

* Federal experience in one of the following areas:
* Workforce Transformation Workforce Planning, Org Design
* HRaaS Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
* Human Capital Analytics
* NextGen Change Dynamic Learning, Agile Org

Eligibility Requirements:

* US Citizenship required, no duals
