Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting for a Sr Data Analyst Commercial Operations.

This position can be remote based.

You will be responsible for applying hands on, advanced, analytical & visualization techniques to a broad range of data assets to inform strategic planning, identification of opportunities and optimal resource allocation.

The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for the development of rigorous analytics-based market insights and business intelligence to measure commercial performance. Our mission is to utilize systems and data analytics to influence strategic business initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Develop, implement, and maintain enhanced analytical tools & dashboards to help predict and analyze key financial metric performance to share with commercial leadership to influence decisions and drive commercial growth.
* Design, develop, document, and maintain dynamic financial and forecast reporting tools to increase accuracy and improve efficiency for crucial critical metrics and to inspire change across the broader commercial organization.
* Drive connection with finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure all sales & sales related metrics are reconciled across company scorecards and dashboards.
* Translate day-to-day business practices into actionable information for Commercial leadership.
* Create benchmarking analyses and reports via special financial and business-related studies to assist in strategy development.
* Work with Senior Manager to present at regional, national sales meetings, and/or new hire trainings to provide training on corporate and business practice policies.

Essential Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience or Masters degree and 3 years.
* Experience in sales analysis within Sales & Marketing Analytics or Sales Operation.
* Experience and knowledge with data modeling and visualization techniques in Power BI required.
* Expertise in creating and automating dashboards, standard reports, scorecards, ad-hoc reports, and data visualization that provide key business insights.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft products including Excel; exceptional analytical, research, and statistical skills including experience analyzing and manipulating large amounts of Sales, competitive, and transactional data.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

* Access, Power Query and SQL is preferred.
* Working in a cross-functional environment and interacting with multiple departments.
* Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using innovative/strategic ideas/skills to adapt in a flexible and dynamic environment.
* ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle, OBIEE, and Salesforce.com
