Job Description

The mission of the Global Treasury Management Payables product team is to enable our business customers to easily and securely send payments to anyone, anywhere, whenever and however they prefer.

Connecting a clients ERP system to us is a key deliverable. We need a product leader with experience in payables and ERP integration who has a passion to transform and disrupt the payments space by delivering a world class plug n play experience for commercial and corporate customers.

Job Responsibilities

* Co-own the product vision, strategy and roadmap

* Define and deliver the client connectivity experience across a variety of ERP systems from large to small and from cloud-based to on-premise systems

* Work in an agile environment to quickly deliver new connectivity capabilities to market and iterate to continually improve and scale

* Serve as a subject matter expert, interacting with clients, executives, sales and product management

* Develop compelling sales and marketing tools required to help differentiate us in the market

* Partner with payables, receivables, digital and information delivery product management teams to help deliver a world class onboarding and payments experience across the treasury management product suite.

* Understand the players in the ERP space from and the data elements required by financial institutions that enable payments at scale

* Deliver an incredible user experience for moving money and data through every channel available to customers

* Strive to understand industry and market segment differences in our customer base to deliver the best product experience for each segment

* Become the owner of your cross-functional team to design, build, deliver, market and distribute your portfolio of solutions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience


Preferred Skills/Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in product management or marketing at a financial services company, with exposure to payables and integration to client enterprise resource planning systems

- Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
- Strong product management, design and development, financial and

competitive analysis skills
- Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing,

implementation and strategic analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication;

relationship management; innovation and creativity skills

- PC proficiency using a variety of software packages, including the Microsoft

suite, in a Windows based environment.

- Demonstrated knowledge of client ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft

Dynamics 365, NetSuite and QuickBooks among others, and what is required

to connect them to our systems.
