Current Opening:

* Sunday - 5:30pm start time, Monday - 6:00pm start time and Tuesday through Thursday - 6:30pm start time; 8 hour shifts - There are times when shifts may be extended past your work schedule time, overtime is compensated
* $13/hr. plus .75 night shift differential

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities:

* Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditions.
* Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning flood, floor buffering and trash removal
* Perform Periodic Cleaning and Repairs
* Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition
* Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors
* Removing refuse
* Polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms

Experience:

* Janitorial experience is a plus but would train

Knowledge:

* Has little or no prior relevant training or work experience.
* Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies through 'on-the-job' training.

Problem Complexity:

* Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
* Job requires judgment within defined practices and procedures.

Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalents:

* Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
* Works under close supervision.
