Ashley Regional Medical Center
Pharmacist coordinates and provides the pharmaceutical care of patients.
Responsibilities
* Manages drug therapy protocols as a part of an interdisciplinary team.
* Reviews, interprets and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve drug related problems.
* Provides drug information and education to physicians, healthcare professionals and patients.
* Documents interventions and their outcome for use in drug therapy improvement efforts.
* Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and completeness. Check accuracy of technicians.
* Maintain knowledge of pharmacy automated systems and computer software.

Job Requirements
* Utah Pharmacist and Controlled Substance License
* BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
* Works well with medical professionals
* Knowledge of pharmacokinetic dosing and antibiotic stewardship
* Hospital and clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Our Health Support Center (HSC), in Brentwood, Tennessee, has subject matter expertise in every area of healthcare operations and provider services. The HSC is organized to bring resources to bear across the continuum of care, from before a patient accesses healthcare services to after they are sent home, while keeping quality and compliance at the center.
On a daily basis, our group leaders and subject matter experts are working with our local markets to help develop and implement the right strategies that ensure healthcare thrives in their communities.
