Job Purpose
Under general supervision, oversees and coordinates the activities of the Receiving Department. Performs work of those supervised, as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Schedule all inbound carriers
* Upon arrival receive in the driver's paperwork, match it with the schedule and assign the driver to a dock door
* Create Inbound (IB) so the order can be received in
* Give paperwork to the receiver
* Once product is received in make sure all quantities match, go into High Jump and close out the order. Check in SAP?
* Sign the drivers out via EBOL once the product is properly received and closed
* File all paperwork daily
* Create the STO (Outbound delivery ...OB)
* Create the OB in High Jump (HJ). Print it out and give to Material Handler to pull
* MH loads it and brings the paperwork in, print a truck list out of HJ
* From the truck list, enter all quantities correctly into SAP, then save
* When driver arrives for pick up, sign them out in EBOL. If no driver arrives by 1630 take paperwork to NS shipping clerk
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-3 years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated Leadership abilities
* Available and willing to work any shift
* Able to work in a fast-paced multiple task environment
* Must be a Team Player with excellent people skills.
* Must be able to read and write in English.
* Must be detailed oriented.
* Must be willing to work irregular hours and overtime as needed.
