GDIT TSS Business Process group is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst with experience in working in a cross-functional team and having experience developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation for a variety of technical systems and platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
* Identifies areas where business processes can be automated using RPA.
* Produces Process Design Documents for RPA developers
* Interface directly with RPA development and other teams to implement program objectives.
* Collects information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports
* Produces reporting on an as needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Communicates complex data through comprehensive methods
* Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs
* Assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
* Various duties that enhance the productivity and procedures of the company
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
* Experience or awareness of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
* Expert proficiency in Visio or other process diagraming application.
* An advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (ability to write, combine, audit, and debug Excel formulas, formatting, tabling, charting, and reporting)
* An intermediate or above level of proficiency with MS Office products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Access)
* Requires US Citizenshi
