In this job, youll be part of the Resource Planning and Performance Management team within Vegetation Management (VM). The primary purpose of this position is to develop, manage and support the Trouble Order process related to a high volume of vegetation events that arise throughout the SCE service territory. This position will assign, schedule, research, track, and complete trouble orders (tree events) and will provide support to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and standards. This person will work closely with multiple groups to ensure they have the tools and data to accurately receive and record their work, utilizing and processing data from multiple sources and databases. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

* Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and completing a high volume of trouble orders daily.
* Monitor and ensure all trouble orders in the queue are assigned to the specific external contractor based on the district/location.
* Responsible for ensuring trouble orders are completed by the contractors in a timely manner based on required timelines and Corporate performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with Vegetation Management Senior Specialists, VM Management, district personnel, Customer Service personnel, multiple external contractors that are mitigating the risk, and other internal/external entities.
* Provide detailed reporting (i.e. trouble orders completed, pending, issues, productivity, trends, volume).

Qualifications
The essentials

* Three or more years of experience performing Data Analytical functions such as extracting data and analyzing data.
* One or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel performing intermediate functions such as creating pivot tables, filtering/sorting, and VLOOKUPs.
* One or more years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource System (ERP).

The preferred

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience at a utility, utility contractor, or company assigning and completing orders or notifications.
* Experience working with SAP, OMS, and CSS.
* Experience working in a fast paced and highly demanding work environment.
* Excellent problem solving and issue resolution skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, track status and provide management with reports.
