Job Summary
The Manager, Marketing Technology Deployment will serve as the employee-facing change management lead for the Marketing Technology team. In this role, he/she will employ a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote commitment to adapt to the change across headquarters and division teams. The ideal candidate knows how to tailor this methodology to be culturally appropriate for the enterprise and program, promoting and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring about change management practices to senior leadership, stakeholder managers and project managers to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an outgoing personality, consistently demonstrated mental agility, very strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with a tenacious desire to learn. They should also have a determined work ethic and be confident to tackle new challenges. Success in this role will be measured through driving and maintaining stakeholder adoption, enabling capabilities that increase revenue driven by campaign personalization and reduced campaign spend through marketing technology. The ideal candidate will bring experience in working across several marketing technology platforms in a complex national or global organization to deliver both traditional and digital communication. This position ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives and contributes to functional strategy development.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the change management methodology, tools and resource development efforts
* Apply frameworks to develop the overall change strategy, stakeholder analysis, detailed plan(s) and artifacts for the change management, communication, training and user adoption required to support various marketing technology projects
* Facilitate discussions as part of regular project activities to capture the organizational change impact from the project team. Assess the impact of change on the organization and readiness to adopt new ways of working
* Drive adoption and usage of systems/tools/processes
* Motivate stakeholders by consistently reinforcing benefits of adopting a new platform or process
* Identifies key program enablers, risks and mitigation opportunities
* Creates and maintains an ongoing a communications strategy and plan to ensure all employees are fully aware of impending changes.
* Performs quantitative assessment of change success and change adoption
* Solicits feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives.
* Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to develop and manage platform training and communication strategy for planning and execution
* Own training approach and ongoing requirements
* Support troubleshooting platform issues to identify training and technical gaps
* Report ongoing status, stakeholder readiness and overall process health through dashboards and metrics.
* Tracks and manages marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
* Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.
* Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
* Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.
* Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes and issues.
* Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
* Develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market.
* Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
* Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses and reports.
* Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education Level Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study Business Information Systems, Psychology, Communications preferred
Certifications Proscii or similar change management methodology preferred.
Years Experience Generally requires 8-10 years related experience
Other skills:
* 8-10 years of experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects and/or other transformational initiatives
* Advanced communication skills - both written and oral, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to essential components, and deliver effective messages to a wide range of audiences
* Distinctive blend of business, IT, and communication skills, because this is a highly visible position with substantial impact
* Experience leading teams in change management, communication and training development
* Fluency with multiple marketing technology platforms (e.g. Adobe, IBM, Salesforce)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
* Familiarity with agile process
* Knowledge of user experience and journey mapping techniques
* Ability to understand and influence technical solution architecture roadmap
* Creative problem solver, shows perseverance when presented with barriers
* Must be approachable and a strong team player
