Access Office Team Provisioner
Key Role:
Support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program supporting appropriate Veteran Integrated Services Network (VISN) leads in ensuring all activities to properly provision users leading up to OEHRM go-lives are conducted. Coordinate between Veterans Affairs and Cerner system leads and follow OEHRM Access Office processes. Process provisioning requests, conduct all data validation necessary for successful processing of requests, and follow all processes and SOPs for provisioning. Track all requests and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies
-Experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
-Ability to maintain high level of organization and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
-BA or BS degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Health, IT, or Business or 13+ years of experience in a professional environment may be substituted for degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with user provisioning
-Experience with the VA
