Testing Team Lead

The Challenge:

The right leadership can be the key to a successful program. It takes a skilled program manager to guide their program through the complexities of its life cycle. Thats why we need you, an experienced program manager who can ensure our program achieves its goals.

As the program manager on our team, youll work with project managers and provide analytical support to staff for balancing the budget, schedule, and requirements of our VA modernization program. Using your broad knowledge of program management methodologies, youll develop and communicate your programs strategy and business impact. You Have:

-10 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with planning and coordinating testing activities

-Experience with executing test cases

-Experience with leading teams in a complex environment

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with clinical testing

-Experience with implementing an EHR

-Experience with Veterans Affairs

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or Business or an additional 8 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
