Intelligence Analyst
The Challenge:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized military experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity yo use those skills to lead efforts to support our warfighters.
As a lead intelligence analyst on our team, youll help manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, youll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft as your team builds assessments for internal client publications and IC-wide use. As the authority on your targets of interest, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like open source intelligence. Youll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, youll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. You Have:
  * 8+ years of experience as an all source analyst
  * Experience with the Army Defense Common Ground System
  * Knowledge of the intelligence support role in the Army Military Decision Making Process
  * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  * HS diploma or GED
  * Completion of Army Officer Basic or Advanced Course 350F or 35-F course or intelligence community equivalent
