We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Acquisition who will be responsible for the overall acquisition program design and performance, including developing measures for overall program health and identifying process bottlenecks for the Delivery Service Provider Acquisition team. Amazon currently uses a variety of carrier partners to deliver customer orders and continues to find new sources of delivery to support our growing capacity needs.

Key functions for the Sr. Program Manager, Acquisition include:
· Accountable for North America (NA) program health, measured by this role defining and iterating on the right metrics to measure quality and efficiency
· Build and execute a program roadmap, designed to support a high quality and high touch application process, reduce operational bottlenecks, and eliminate judgment where it’s not needed, based on data.
· Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators, who are directly responsible for maintaining candidate experience and executing Recruiting deliverables.
· Serve as the "voice of the candidate" to ensure that we’re designing programs that raise the bar on customer experience
· Partnership development with product, technical, and 3rd party teams, in order to drive and influence product roadmaps based on your program goals
· Work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or sales excellence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA
· Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
· Experience with program management methodologies
· Prior Recruiting or Franchise experience
· Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
· Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking ambiguous concepts and turning them into successful structured programs with metrics to measure impact.
