Key Responsibilities
* Create under supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Dealing with limited volume
* Create under supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
* Escalate customer requirements not being met
* Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
