Global Commercial Credit Risk Management is seeking a high-potential Manager/ Senior Manager for a role on US Commercial Card Risk Strategy team. This role will be focused on developing risk strategies to enable B2B growth and manage the US Corporate Portfolio. This role has a high visibility to senior leadership and stakeholders in GCS Risk and GCS Business.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Driving profitable growth: Devise targeting strategies and solutions to profitably grow B2B usage in US Corporate portfolio and client-specific opportunities with a balance of risk controls and partnership with Business Development and Product teams
* Leading and supporting risk policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives: Critically evaluate and enhance risk policies for underwriting and management of risky exposures to US Corporate clients
* Portfolio management: Assume ownership for an assigned portfolio and drive risk management decision making and portfolio growth. This role entails significant interface with internal stakeholders and clients

Minimum Qualifications

* MBA, or Masters in a quantitative field is preferred
* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field required with 3 or more years of experience in managing credit risk of commercial clients. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
* Strong understanding of institutional credit and financial statements, background/experience in commercial credit analysis or commercial underwriting strongly preferred
* Strategic thinking, ability to work independently and prioritize in real-time
* Positive energy and excellent communication skills are a must
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Ability to influence senior leaders, drive change and manage expectations with business partners
