You are a dynamic, experienced pricing & profit management manager with strong problem-solving skills, pricing transformational experience, financial acumen, and process orientation to drive building of new pricing capabilities in the business. You will help identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve pricing processes, implement price leakage controls to improve margin performance and productivity of various corporate and business unit teams. You'll have:

* 5+ years of experience in Finance, or Pricing role
* Experience successfully leading continuous improvement projects
* SAP or other major ERP system experience required
* Experience with pricing software preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong analytical skills including data mining, analysis, trending and writing accompanying commentary
* Business reporting and analytics experience
* Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate effectively throughout a highly-matrixed organization
* BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Accounting

What Youll Do
As a Manager, Price and Margin Excellence Systems, you'll be located remotely.
Specifically, youll:

* Provide support and accountability for building sustainable pricing capability, leveraging analytical systems and platforms (Salesforce, Pricing software) to drive effective margin management & price execution.
* Strong organizational skills including an ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
* Implement and design the pricing systems and architecture to optimize the processes that support ongoing price execution.
* Increase awareness & accountability across the business using pricing analytics and train teams on using pricing analytics to manage profitability using platforms & tools like Salesforce & QlikView.
* Provide strategic guidance on process and deliverables.
* Facilitate process/continuous improvement. Identify cost-savings and process improvement projects and move them from concept to implementation.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing systems and process improvements that optimize all phases of processes (financial and non-financial); be actively involved in the development and implementation of long-term improvement plans.
