Web Marketing Manager: PowerApps & Power Platform
The Cloud Marketing web experience team is looking for an experienced web marketing manager to help grow our Power Platform, PowerApps and Power Automate web businesses. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to help form the web strategy and direction motion for these sites.
The team has a vision to create world class websites by inspiring, educating, and supporting customers throughout their digital experience. Our charter is to manage and continually optimize and test our worldwide web properties to drive engagement, leads and trials. We are a fast-paced group with a focus on getting things done, simplifying anything and everything, and having fun doing it. You will be in the middle of it all, helping to make decisions that impact customer experiences, acquisition funnels, and global web experiences.
Drive all marketing requirements and campaign initiatives for Power Platform, PowerApps and Power Automate.
Represent voice of the customer in developing strategies to impact the end to end digital funnel.
Shared ownership of the business targets for web channels.
Develop and present the strategy, marketing plans and budget to the drive web channels.
Drive learning through qualitative UX research and A/B testing for the web direct channel to continually improve user experience. Share insights to inform partners.
Ensure digital customer journey through top of funnel acquisition into sales and lead motions.
Collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for new features and capabilities.
Drive reporting and analysis in partnership with operations and engineering teams. Track and analyze the key metrics weekly and monthly. Ensure customer and business data inform all plans, activities, and decisions.
Lead marketing global engagement web requirements for site implementation.
Has mastered key aspects of business-driven web strategy for multiple audiences.
5 + years' experience in a related marketing role
Must have prior experience working on a high visability/high traffic website.
Has Enterprise/Business to Business experience
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively, work under tight deadline pressure and manage multiple projects, in some cases, across multiple time zones and platforms.
Proven effectiveness in working within a large company to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and without direction, and to forge partnerships and drive for results at all levels of Microsoft.
Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
Experience working with reporting and evaluation of digital and social media campaigns.
Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who will use insights to formulate positive outcomes.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for quality content, a sharp ear for quality communication, and an enquiring mind that is motivated by new approaches and eager to find smarter, better, faster ways of getting things done.
