We are looking for a seasoned Principal Group program manager to lead our Engineering System Platform PM team. The mission of the team is to build and enable Customer Centricity and Trust as a Core Platform, by help driving Security, Transparency/Data Insights, and Business Continuity for our services, while also ensuring cost effective, scalable artifact curation. The team is diverse, go-getter and full of passionate smart individuals. As a GPM, you must be able to retain and enhance the culture of the organization and help the team learn and grow, through coaching and care.
The successful candidate will have strong program management skills, and excellent cross-group collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to schedule and prioritize work against multiple deadlines and direct the teams to success. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are a must. Candidate should represent the growth mindset and display Microsoft cultural values in day to day activities.
