Dry photoresist is a revolutionary technique using dry technologies instead of the existing wet spin coating and development. The key advantages are stability, photosensitivity, environmental footprint, and cost. This evolving technology has demonstrated best-in-class resist performance at leading edge design rules and opens the door to a new world of innovations in EUV lithography patterning.

Job Responsibilities

Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations. May conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/merger/acquisition perspective.

Background in lithography and lithographic products strongly preferred. Individual will be responsible for creating value propositions in the form of customer value modeling and marketing materials that communicate that messaging and also for creating and managing forecasts through relationships with ATs for all Lam patterning products. Role will include combination of BD and marketing responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

* A minimum of 10 years experience in semiconductor equipment is required along with a BS degree (MS or PhD preferred) in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline.
* This position will require clear written and verbal communication skills in a team environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to organize and present at executive reviews. Matrix and direct management experience is also desired.
