Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

Successful candidate to join Global Institutional Rates and FX Sales with a primary focus on providing daily FX coverage to regional banks and other financial institutions domiciled in the US and Latin America. He / she must possess working knowledge of a wide variety of foreign exchange instruments including spot, forwards and swaps, and options in both G-10 and Emerging Market currencies. The candidate will work to implement client coverage strategies in collaboration with FX Trading and coverage partners such as Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and Global Institutional Client Group (GICG), develop concrete client specific plans to increase market share and flow, disseminate the firms intellectual content in an accurate and timely fashion, and assist in building connectivity between FX trading / leadership team and key portfolio managers at the aforementioned clients. He or she will also appropriately analyze and leverage financial resources such as reverse repo and synthetic funding derivatives to achieve a relationship and revenue / returns multiplier effect. Lastly, the candidate will work with internal partners including compliance, legal, and documentation to ensure our approach adapts to the ever changing market structure and regulatory landscape

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in capital markets, industry experience within the specific sector of the position, or a combination of both
* Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Other Desired Qualifications
* Outstanding knowledge of interest rate products and applications in the context of investment managers and insurers;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Willingness to travel to visit clients on a frequent basis
* Degree from a Four Year Accredited College or University is a minimum requirement
