Highlights:

As the Media Marketing Manager, you generate revenue, user engagement and brand promotion by developing and driving client-side B2B paid media strategy, planning, buying and optimization. You combine your digital and traditional media expertise with your ad technology experience to plan effective digital media strategies. You focus on meeting brand, demand generation and lead generation goals by collaborating with the Senior Manager, campaign strategy team and third-party agencies to develop, plan and manage the overarching paid media strategy and plans. You excel at delivering against required response, engagement and conversion key point indicators (KPIs) by supporting all digital media planning including display media, online video, paid social, native and other digital channels.

You possess sound analytic insight and project management skills that ensure campaigns meet required timelines and budget constraints. You propel business by providing proactive, ongoing analysis and insights to campaign teams and senior leadership on adjustments, optimizations or strategy modifications. You grow and develop sales and revenue through client acquisition and migration for the enterprise portfolio. You thrive in an office environment while guiding marketing campaigns across the organization. You report to the Senior Manager of Marketing for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

* Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to enhance and simplify the client experience.
* Drive the sales cycle by developing, maintaining and communicating media programs for all targets, products offers and geographic areas.
* Maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness by tracking response and conversion, creating a budget, and comparing return on investment (ROI) to cost per conversion.
* Expand industry knowledge by communicating with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other experts.
* Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.
* Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:

* Five or more years of media experience.
* Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency.
* Deadline-driven with the ability to manage all phases of a large project independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* History of working with all levels of an organization while showing sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
* Expert at making recommendations and managing and fostering change.
* Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations.
* Confident when presenting complex information at the executive level.
* Solid attention to detail balanced with a focus on the client using honesty, integrity and ethics.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

* Expert in programmatic and re-targeting platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs) and other digital media tools and services.

Your education:

* Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
* Masters degree in business administration (preferred).

Time Warner Cable (TWC) was an American cable television company. Before it was purchased by Charter Communications on May 18, 2016, it was ranked the second largest cable company in the United States by revenue behind only Comcast, operating in 29 states. Its corporate headquarters were located in the Time Warner Center in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, with other corporate offices in Stamford, Connecticut; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Herndon, Virginia. From 1971 to 1981, Time Warner Cable, as Warner Cable, owned Dimension Pictures.

It was controlled by Warner Communications, then by Time Warner. That company spun off the cable operations in March 2009 as part of a larger restructuring. From 2009 to 2016, Time Warner Cable was an entirely independent company, continuing to use the Time Warner name under license from its former parent (including the "Road Runner" name for its Internet service, now Spectrum Internet).

In 2014, the company was the subject of a proposed purchase by Comcast Corporation, valued at $45.2 billion; however, following opposition to the deal by various groups, along with plans by the U.S. government to try to block the merger, Comcast called off the deal in April 2015. On May 26, 2015, Charter Communications announced that it would acquire Time Warner Cable for $78.7 billion, along with Bright House Networks in a separate $10.1 billion deal, pending regulatory approval.

The purchase was completed on May 18, 2016; Charter had continued to do business as Time Warner Cable in its former markets, but has now re-branded these operations under the Spectrum brand in most markets (even Charter launched this brand in 2014), though it will continue to use the roadrunner.com email addresses and adelphia.net email addresses to new customers.
