Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The overall purpose of this position is to contribute to the Global Database Teams responsibilities to load, update and audit product information into the consultant and third databases to market Invescos global capabilities. In addition to product specific data, the role will support the quantitative data collection and redistribution process of firm level data for marketing and sales initiatives. The role works to represent Invescos investment capabilities and value proposition to current and future institutional and platform clients and consultants and ensure consistency of information across Marketing.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
* Under supervision of senior team members, primary responsibility is to create, review and update product profiles in consultant and third-party databases to support marketing efforts for positive screening opportunities against competitors
* Works closely with Database team leaders to communicate with Product Managers to review narratives and qualitative data to then coordinate with Data System team members to improve quality of database data and depth of profiles
* Respond to profile reviews and additions based on consultant search opportunities and RFP submission requirements
* Coordinate with Product Managers, Content and RFP teams to ensure up-to-date narratives are utilized for database profiles and added back to RFPio as needed for marketing strategies and products consistently
* Support the production of standardized quarterly summary reporting, including firm and strategy AUM, firm and strategy personnel and product summary reporting
* Manipulate and analyze large amounts of firm-level and strategy level data in excel to create customized data responses for RFPs and industry surveys
* Follow and update work-flow documentation, including all additions and amendments made to profiles
* Identify operational issues and support team lead to drive root cause analysis to identify problems and reach data error resolution
Work Experience / Knowledge:
* Entry level; up to 2 years directly related work experience; internship in investment management industry preferred but not required
* Bachelors degree, econ/communications/English/liberal arts/ preferred; some exposure to econ or finance courses or interest in the markets preferred but not required
* Proficiency in MS Excel, experience in RFPio and Power BI a plus
* Experience in the following areas a plus:
* Asset under Management reporting
* Understanding of investment related data (e.g. holdings based characteristics, GIPS composites/performance requirements, etc)
* Experience working with consultant databases and a knowledge of RFPs

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
* Bachelors degree or equivalent years of direct experience required
Working Conditions:
* Must have ability to work independently from remote location, as well as, inside the Atlanta office once the conditions allow for it to be reopened
* Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment
