Under the direction of the Value Added Services Associate Director, this individual will be responsible for collaborating in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to differentiate BMS product portfolio by adding innovative value-added propositions for customers and stakeholders
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Participate in developing innovative value-added projects working cross-functionally with different internal teams and external providers
* Responsible for innovative value-added services implementation and follow up from an economic and operational point of view: planning and executing complex projects that require excellent project management skills
* Understand corporate portfolio strategy and collaborate in executing the Value Added Services strategy for the affiliate based on innovative projects for the stakeholders & external client
* Develop relationship with stakeholders (HCPs) in order to identify unmet needs and opportunities to improve the value proposition of the projects designed by VAS
* Work cross-functionally with the different BMS 's departments to ensure the correct implementation and execution of BMSs value proposition and possible projects: specially with Sales, Medical, Market Access & Marketing departments
* In close collaboration with the Value Added Services Assoc Director, and regional teams, ensure the agreed projects are aligned with the regional business needs and implemented where appropriate
* Compliance with Quality and Environment Policies
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Educational Background and Complementary Knowledge
* Degree in Bachelor of science required
* MBA or advanced degree desirable
* Hematology/Oncology/Innovative Medicines market knowledge
* Computer Literature: Advanced level of Microsoft Office, specially excel and power point
* Fluent in written and spoken English
Work Experience
* 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with experience in managing projects and/or analyzing market dynamics (marketing, pharmacoeconomics, market research departments) having consulting firms experience managing projects is a plus
* Desirable thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical , biotechnology or medical industry
* Team work and experience working with other multidisciplinary groups
* Project management experience and/or experience in market analysis
