Strategy, Digital & Innovation group is responsible for Corporate Strategy and its Digital and Innovation teams. The group positions Wells Fargo for the future by enhancing the companys focus on planning for the digital future and investing in the customer experience. The group leads corporate strategic planning; defines and manages digital platform standards and capabilities; and manages innovation priorities, opportunities, and company wide efforts to drive transformation. The team works closely with the companys Technology Group and business lines to deliver digital solutions and innovation to customers that are integrated, intuitive, and seamless across channels.
An Enterprise approach to Agile Transformation is the strategic component to enabling higher quality products and experiences for our customers delivered more frequently. Driving transformation with the business and technology together enables teams to be highly effective by enabling the identification and prioritization of the most important work.
The Business Initiative Consultant 3:Enterprise Agile Transformation Office will:
* Provide visibility into the line of business and division integrated transformation plans and roadmaps
* Drive shared understanding of modern product management techniques with more focus on customer outcomes and creating excellent products and experiences for our customers
* Shift towards an experiment driven product discovery approach, more empowered product teams, and better quality products
* Ensure consistent and aligned frameworks, processes, and tools are available to support transformation and sustain agile practices
* Measure progress to plans and adoption of standards
* Surface systemic impediments to transformation and decisions needed to move forward
* Communicate, socialize, and cascade goals, expectations, and expected outcomes
The Role
The Agile Transformation Program Office Consultant will work closely with the Agile Transformation Program Office leader and support both the strategic and tactical activities for the Enterprise Agile Transformation Office
* Develop frameworks and cadences to collect and report on roadmaps, milestones, and progress to plans
* Facilitate and support meetings with work stream leads and other key stakeholders. Able to articulate agile, business, and technical concepts to a cross-functional audience
* Identify, capture, and manage issues, risks, and dependencies across work streams and roadmaps
* Create executive level presentations; identifying and concisely delivering salient points and key messages demonstrating audience awareness
* Provide guidance and support across the multiple work streams
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

* Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery

* Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

* 2+ years experience working with agile methodologies and processes
* Holds self and others accountable for meeting deliverable commitments
* Identify and concisely deliver salient points and key messages.
* Capture meeting summaries, action items, and decisions in a way that demonstrates audience awareness
* Articulate agile, business, and technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
* Able to astutely navigate organizational complexities and comfortable with change
