This is an opportunity to join the Trusted Mission Processing (TMP) Team as a Principal program analyst in support of the F16 product line. In this role the candidate will support a cross functional team to make decisions in order to meet all requirements of the contract and meet the financial metrics for the program for Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash Flow. The effective candidate will collaborate with key team members across organizations to ensure appropriately managed expectations and cross-functional communication.
This position will be work closely with the Program Manager to meet all of the financial deliverables, including 5-Year and Annual Operation Plans, monthly financial forecasts and operational reviews, Short Range Outlook (SRO), and weekly report distributions.
This position will be an integral part of a fast paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and self-guided initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate will raise the performance levels of those with whom they work and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough qualitative analysis that supports strategic decision making.
Responsibilities include Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and associated Rplan updates / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, data analysis and reporting, and baseline establishment and maintenance. The selected candidate will provide support and financial guidance to Program Directors, IPT key team members, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and support all weekly and monthly program business reviews. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of key team members (both internally and externally) will require the effective candidate to possess excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills. Relationship building is key to this role.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting Math Business or directly related field and a minimum 6 years experience in a finance, business management or related role, or a directly related MS degree and 4 years of experience in Finance business management role
* Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc...) in program development and implementation
* Thorough understanding of Earned Value Management Principles and Processes and experience with monthly reporting and analysis
* Experience in using SAP Business Systems
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated ability working self-guided and with higher levels of administration
