* Entry Level 0-2 years of experience
* Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
* Verify accuracy of timesheets and correct any errors
* Process personnel changes in payroll system (Dayforce - Ceridian)
* Enter garnishments and resolve any issues
* Research and help with tax issues
* Be able to compute withholding and deductions with gross earnings
* Respond to Verification of Employment requests
* Process stocks and work with stock plan administrator on resolving issues
* Run & distribute payroll reports
* Create and update payroll processing manuals
* Filing/Scanning
* Be able to troubleshoot issue before asking for assistance
* Communicate timely and professionally with employees and managers to help and resolve issues
* Takes on additional tasks when requested by management
* Creates efficient processes
Qualifications
* BS/BA degree preferred
* Mid-level knowledge of Excel, Work and Outlook
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
* Pro-active and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills
* Proven analytical skills ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
* Capable of working without close supervision
* Strong work ethic and team player
