We have an exciting opportunity to join the Platform Process team which works on scaling integrity tools and experiences by implementing technology solutions across Global Operations. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, and various operational teams. We establish and enable a robust technology infrastructure to enable effective and efficient management of content review and other workflows in an environment where processes change quickly and we move fast! A successful candidate for this role is adaptable, has bias towards action and is able to manage a portfolio of technology projects that focus on scaling integrity products, expanding their adoption, and driving a cycle of continuous improvement. As a Systems Project Manager, you will lead the operational implementation and future adoption of platforms and systems as well as identifying new business opportunities for technology improvements. You will also identify areas that require process and product improvements and implement the necessary business process and technology changes. You understand technology concepts in business context and are comfortable communicating and influencing both operational and technical teams.
Systems Project Manager, Community Operations Responsibilities
* Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Operations to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.
* Work on establishing tooling long term strategies, governance and business processes.
* Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities with stakeholders across the company.
* Become a subject matter expert and drive adoption of platform systems across Global Operations.
* Influence organizational roadmaps to tackle the company's most impactful opportunities to keep our communities safe.
* Define operational processes of our review systems to maintain a stable, consistent and scalable environment.
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners in developing and prioritizing comprehensive, data-driven technology improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of industry experience in a fast-paced environment
* 4+ years of project management experience (product, technical program, PMO, etc.)
* Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience
* Demonstrated experience leading/setting a strategy, governance processes and change management initiatives
* Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional partners across various levels
* Experience with process change management or process improvement
* BA/BS degree or international equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working autonomously, setting agendas and prioritizing work with minimal input
* Experience collaborating and communicating across a global team
* Experience with data analysis and internal tools and systems
* Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Automation
* Knowledgeable in driving solutions for global operational teams
* Experience thinking strategically and executing methodically
