Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is the facilitator for FLNA mobile development teams. The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team adheres to the team's chosen agile methodology. A person in this role will facilitate the Scrum process and working sessions, and ensure that the on-going activities of the Scrum team are fully transparent. Additionally, the Scrum Master will ensure the Scrum teams autonomy within the organization and will work to remove impediments that negatively impact the teams forward progress.
Accountabilities include:
* Mentoring team on Scrum processes as needed.
* Assists with recommending tailored Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) processes and governance in order to ensure compliant and effective delivery of the project/program
* Assists with PLM controls-impacted activities and supporting quarterly controls audits
* Schedules all Scrum working sessions, including story workshops, planning sessions, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Ensures required project artifacts are stored in the appropriate project steering tool as indicated by PMO
* Provides agenda and facilitates strategic or ad hoc alignment meetings
* Creates status reports, manages risks and issues and responsible for team communication.

Education:
* Bachelors Degree
Experience:
* 5 years experience leading projects.
* Scrum Master certification or Scrum experience preferred
* PMP certification preferred
* Excellent organization and communication skills and ability to collaborate with both Business and IT
* Willing, can-do attitude
* Ability to teach and lead a team(s) on new processes
* Knowledge or familiarity with FLNA GTM function preferred
* Experience with Mobility projects is a plus
