Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a B-2 Academic Courseware Developer 4 / Sr Principal Product Trainer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Whiteman AFB, MO. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman 39;s training and development professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs and schedules for B-2 aircrew.
* Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs and schedules; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
* Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities based on Air Force instructional system development efforts in academic materials and computer based instruction.
* Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
* Maintains training and gradebook records and performing all required administrative activities on a daily basis
Qualification
Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* BS/BA degree with 10 years rsquo; directly related work experience or MS/MA with 8 years rsquo; directly related work experience is required.
* Background in configuration management and shared computer resources
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint are essential.
* Technical training courseware development and an understanding of ISD processes and multimedia development tools is required.
* Working knowledge of applicable Air Force regulations, instructions, procedures, tech orders and other pertinent publications.
* Active Secret Level Security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Single Scope Background Investigation
* US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Military aviation systems training development experience is desired along with mission planning experience and platform instruction.
* Experience dealing with multiple customers as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
* B-2 or bomber aircraft experience.
