The Opportunity

This position will assist the DP&S business unit in achieving the product/project goals by providing configuration services including requirement gathering, system configuration, user acceptance testing, implementation and post-implementation support. This role requires the ability to provide configuration services as prioritized by the configuration manager and/or team leader while establishing a collaborative one-team approach to accomplishing all product development through delivery goals.

The Work Itself

* Apply overall knowledge of DP&S products requirements to product development through delivery process
* Gather product requirements from DP&S Product Development team
* Assist in product related configuration development
* Execute configuration programming in test and production environments
* Assist with unit testing of the system configuration
* Provide defect resolution and support during system testing and user acceptance testing
* Assist with the development of the User Acceptance Test Plan on Product Releases
* Perform production support analysis on defects submitted to the configuration team
* Perform SME role in system related projects

The Skills You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science or similar background preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service skills
* High level of accountability
* Knowledge of strategic planning, business planning, and research/analysis processes
* Technical skills and experience with software applications including:
* MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Oracle SQL
* Visual Basic
* Prefer knowledge of the CPS/iWarranty suite of systems
* Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work across cultures and functions
