L Brands Facilities Services team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than six million square feet of distribution space across our four campuses in Central Ohio. Key Duties:
The Associate Facilities Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities with the general supervision of a Lead or Senior Technician. Assigned areas may include Buildings, Material Handling, HVAC, Vehicle Maintenance and Offices in any of the distribution centers. Follows lockout-tag-out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques
* 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
* Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED, Technical school or training desired
* Must be computer literate
* Able to lift 70 pounds
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
* Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening.
