This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK hynix (You can read more about the transaction in the press release - https://newsroom.intel.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2020/10/nand-memory-news-q-a.pdf). The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data.

This is an exciting time to be at Intel - come join the NPSG Marketing Group as a Product Marketing Manager and work on one of the most advanced 3DNAND and SSD technology portfolios in the world. As the global leader in the semiconductor industry, Intel possesses many industry-leading SSD technologies including the most capable Quadruple Level Cell (QLC) NAND Flash products. As a Product Marketing Manager you will be part of a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK hynix.

This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3DNAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition to SK hynix.

Responsibilities may include:

* Craft strategy and guide execution of all aspects of outbound marketing, including product positioning and messaging, industry thought leadership, target customer definition, competitive strategy and tactics, industry analyst engagement, media relations, channel engagement, and demand generation

* Execute inspiring product launches that engage audiences, capture mindshare, and elevate market perception of Intel's innovation capabilities.

* Create compelling, highly differentiated product positioning and messaging that evolves the client computing category definition

* Drive a marketing strategy across products that meets or exceeds pipeline, bookings and conversion targets

* Consistently meet commitments with high quality deliverables and scalable processes that can be sustained over time

* Engage with industry analysts and benchmarking organizations to ensure positive reports and inquiries referencing our company's leadership

* Arm the sales team with winning strategies and competitive intelligence that increase sales productivity and pipeline conversion

* Represent Intel externally at conferences and in customer/partner meetings in a credible and compelling manner

* Develop the skills of team members and motivate the team to work cross functionally

* Develop strong internal and external relationships

* Create and communicate long-term vision

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

* Ability to think strategically, and then execute like a machine. Startup mentalities welcome.

* Ability to bring new products to market in an intensely competitive marketplace, using modern marketing strategies, creativity, and a willingness to take risks.

* Experience across end user and IT environments strongly preferred. Comfort in large scale enterprise environments with matrixed organizations.

* Management experience, transforming organizations and developing marketing talent; Track record of successfully collaborating with C-level or GM executive teams

* Proven track record of success in developing long term strategic marketing plans

* Experience driving an analytical and data-driven approach, with an understanding of route-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization for complex technologies - PC or other computing device industry experience highly preferred

* Fit with team and company culture: naturally curious, player-coach, embrace constant change

* Energy that is contagious - spreading to customers, partners, and team members

* Intuition, outstanding listening skills, and ability to connect with employees from diverse cultures

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* 10+ years of marketing experience leading brand, marketing strategy, product marketing, product strategy

* MBA, but not required
