The Associate Program Manager, Mavacamten supports the Reimbursement and Affordability team. This role reports to the Program Manager, Reimbursement & Affordability, Cardiovascular - Mavacamten.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assist in the development of access & reimbursement strategies and executional tactics including: physician, patient, sales collateral, website updates, web banners and emails.

* Drive pull through tactics for newly approved indications as well as manage project plans for upcoming launch activities.

* Enhance efficiency across multiple internal matrix teams and agency partners.

* Evaluate industry best practices across the therapeutic classes in the areas of reimbursement and affordability.

* Partner with Access & Reimbursement Managers to facilitate enterprise initiatives and execution in the field.

* Assist in improving productivity, consistency, and quality across all reimbursement and affordability programs through audit, appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners

* Create and provide training to vendor partners on market place trends.

* Actively participate in medical, marketing, legal and compliance meeting to review and develop reimbursement tactics for field access & sales teams.

* Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or equivalent required with a minimum of 3+ years in pharmaceuticals and/or related healthcare experience.

* Candidates should have demonstrated performance in the following skills: project management, data analytics, mobilizing matrix team members and embracing teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

* Experience working with the companys materials approval process (ie PReP, Mercury Next Generation).

* Strong interpersonal, communications, project management and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to present complex information to multiple stakeholders

* Candidate must act with a sense of accountability and urgency, while collaborating closely with others.

* Minimal travel to external partners, meetings, and field rides is required
