About this role:

This is a new team thats being built under IMC.

Our Ideal Candidate will have :

* Experience in SAP BRIM CI and FICA (nice to have : OpenText & Vistex)
* A finance background/ Bachelors (4 year degree)
* Someone with experience leading projects and teams
* Experience in cloud

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Interacting with various business owners/users Prepare Business requirements documents, author system design documents and translate / articulate functional requirements clearly via system design documents and functional specification documents
* Work with business owners to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions
* Lead functional and integration testing of assigned projects
* Author documentation as needed to transition knowledge to end users and support staff
* Provide go-live project support and facilitate knowledge transition
* Expand SAP BRIM and related business process knowledge through participation in related user groups
* Develop and guide project priorities and deadlines, proactively communicate risks and/or issues that may impact project objectives, budgets, or timelines

Qualification and Experience

* 8+ years in overall SAP Finance project expertise
* 2 + years of experience in the SAP CI/ FICA
* Responsible for all requirement gathering, configuration, documentation, and testing of the billing/invoicing work stream. Configuration activities included all FICA billing and invoicing configuration, collection management, account determination configuration and correspondence design and implementation.
* Configuration and testing experience in BRIM in the areas of Convergent Invoicing and FICA for contract accounting
* Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to Hybris Billing Processes.
* Accounting background and good process knowledge in cloud business is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (SAP BRIM capability, Standard cloud industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution
* Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing global environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing
* Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff
* Hands-on experience in configuration is a must in CI and FICA
* Integration experience with SAP FICO (SD), experience in RAR, FSCM, Vertex Integration and Offer To Cash process is preferred.
* Strong business and accounting acumen, strong understanding of tax and statutory reporting integration
* Cloud/Telecom industry knowledge is a plus

Skills:
