Description
The Staff Mail Operations Bilingual Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medications to patients. The Staff Mail Operations Bilingual Pharmacist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Staff Mail Operations Bilingual Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients. Begins to influence departments strategy. Seeks new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Supports the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technicians in a way to successfully drive growth and improve overall performance in the pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D
* Bilingual English/Spanish; written and spoken Spanish
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
* Experience of 3 or more years in a high volume Retail or Mail Order pharmacy practice environment
* Certified Immunizer
* Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
* Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
* Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
* Proficient with computers
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* MTM experience; knowledge of OutcomesMTM platform
* Knowledge of NRX, RxNova, eForcse
