Role Summary:
The primary role of the CribMaster President is to champion business excellence throughout the organization, set and provide strategic intent & direction, deliver business/financial results through focused management, allocate resources based on business priorities, build capability including talent development and succession planning. Lead an entrepreneurial organization experiencing hypergrowth.
This role will be directly responsible for Operating Margin Expansion, Organic Sales Growth, Pricing, New Product Development Sales, and Selling General & Administrative Spend; lead business rhythms as defined and lead organizational deliverables across people development, cost management and organizational efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* P&L management, leadership and management of the team focused on attaining/exceeding business goals ensuring strategy alignment to the overall CribMaster business strategy
* Act as a strategic partner by supporting and implementing the broader organizations plans and programs, implementing strategic changes to business operations as required ensuring clear direction aligned with corporate objectives
* Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of both short-term and long-term range growth initiatives, planning and introducing new strategies and actions to achieve these growths
* Set and measure objectives to exceed annual growth/operating plans by offering a seasoned perspective on how to beat competition and drive share gain
* Establish clarity and priorities to align the organization for focused, consistent execution
* Grow/scale with current customers and focus on new business development opportunities
* Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the senior leadership team at corporate level as an effective developer of solutions to various business challenges
* Represents the company as appropriate in its relationship with major customers, suppliers, and partners
* Implement talent management and development strategies with a focus on top-grading to build stronger capability and depth
* Champion diversity, equity & inclusion and demonstrate it throughout the business
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline, MBA preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of related experience with world class software organization
* 7 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility for a business at 20M+ in scale
* Industrial space experience with commercial and product management experience is required
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own the business end to end
* Excellent financial acumen and solid financial discipline to execute strategic business plans
* Strong operational execution focusing on long term direction of the organization and crucial short-term operational goals
