Job Description

The AA will provide professional administrative support for eleven executive, branch and senior leaders. The candidate will be responsible for providing calendar management and general support to the office as needed -requires the candidate to manage/prioritize the calendars/appointments. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and video teleconferences. This Administrative Assistant Ill position requires a candidate to greet all visitors to the office. The AA must be able to work as part of the support team to provide complete end-to-end support services to officers within the group and provide back-up to other members of the support platform. The candidate will arrive no earlier than 7:30 am and depart no earlier than 4:00 pm. This position works a standard schedule -no flex schedule. There is no travel with this position.
